A car safety-seat check was held outside the Toys R Us in Roanoke on Saturday. Roanoke Police, Roanoke Fire-EMS, Roanoke Safe Kids Coalition and the Carilion Clinic held the event.

Any other kids have rules about crossing seats when you get up. Trying to make rules here for 3 kids about who sat where. Why is it so HARD?
