A central Pennsylvania lawmaker is already looking ahead to Christmas, but he probably won't get what he wants. Rep. Eugene DePasquale, D-York, has been pushing a bill aimed at keeping recalled toys out of children's hands, but it's stuck in a Senate committee with little hope of passing this year.
