A local lawmaker is already looking ahead to Christmas, but he might not get what he wants. Rep. Eugene DePasquale, D-West Manchester Township, has been pushing a bill aimed at keeping recalled toys out of children's hands, but it's stuck in a Senate committee with little hope of passing this
